Thematic webinars will present case studies, solutions and panel discussions on topics of emerging interest such as resource recovery, climate resilience and digital transformation of utilities.

WATER CONVENTION

Over 150 oral papers and 200 posters will be presented across 48 virtual sessions at the virtual Water Convention, under the following five main themes:

Delivering Water from Source to Tap (Network) Delivering Water from Source to Tap (Treatment) Effective and Efficient Wastewater Management Cities of the Future Water Quality and Health

With a focus on applied solutions and case studies, papers presented in the Water Convention will cover topics that range from the present-day issues (such as best practices in asset management, water treatment and waste water management) to emerging future trends (such as the emerging use and incorporation of smart technologies and data analytics for operations and planning).

Oral sessions would be held at 4PM and 7PM Singapore time, with poster sessions at 6PM to allow for live participation from international audiences.

[Training] SIWW will be co-organising a two half-day training course with the Singapore Water Association on Smart Water Management using IOT and AI/Machine Learning during SIWW2021 Online.

This course provides insights into emerging IOT technologies and how it can be applied to enhance operational efficiency, safety and resilience in the water sector.

Targeted at water utilities who are interested to embark on their own digital transformation journey, course attendees will benefit from actual use cases that will be presented by trainers from SpaceAge Labs.
